Herein lies the mastermind behind this whole mess of an asylum. The headquarters of where Doctor Alabaster keeps an eye out for his little guinea pigs. This place is just basically one large tower right in dab in the middle, with strong security fencing, security guard upon security guard and it's definitely a fitting place for a psycho to keep watch of the citizens in Solemnitas.
