The region in which many of the middle aged occupants of Solemnitas flock, mostly do to the more mature atmosphere that attends it. With tall, sky scraping buildiings that loom over the rest of the city in mockery of their lower, dismal status, the people within them get the rushing high of their superiority. Shops of only the highest quality items line the streets; curve corners to visualize majestic hotels and their snobish staff. Everyday converation here is an arms race for dominance, and each word is hinted with an edge of that droning arrogance only these people can claim. If one wishes to walk through here without the sniffing and click of weapons, they best do it with their heads held high and their clothes shining. Only the top notch are allowed, the rest are simply rags to dry off with and throw out.
