Felix doesn't have friends, as much as 'potential victims'. Sure, he can act amiable and nice and what have you, but when it gets down to it, any affection is most likely false. There's always the extra danger that he'd just take off with their stuff, too.
But if people can stand intense jealousy, well, good for them!
I'm not really sure how well Felix could sustain a friendship. Any lasting ones would have to be pretty damn close; and I'm talking nothing less than bffls here. Sure, he'd still be slightly vindictive towards them, but that's
enemies ,
When all's said and done, Felix probably has more enemies than anything else. He's just that kind of guy. The thing is though, he probably doesn't remember how most of his enemies actually became enemies.
I mean, it's fairly easy to guess, but he's not going to go around remembering every tiny little detail. He probably won't care either. He's not a sympathetic guy. But hey, he's not going to say no to some hate! It'll just give him more things to regret later! And inner drama is oh so fun.

Ah, romance. I'm not really sure yet what I want Felix to be doing, relationship wise. It's possible he'd have a few angry girls he treated like trash hanging around somewhere, but other than that I'm completely clueless. While he's decided he doesn't want to get serious with anything resembling a female, it won't stop him from playing around; with the intent to hurt, of course. But hey, that's just how things are.

not really much to say here. he had a sister, she died. he had a mother, he kinda killed her. he had a father, but never really saw much of him. JUST FILLIN' SPACE.
